Well, we've made it home safe and sound after a few days in the hospital. Shelley had a C-section (unplanned), but all went smoothly. Karl was just too comfy in the womb and didn't want to leave. Shell was induced on Tuesday (Cervadil) and started the Oxytocin drip on Wednesday. She dilated to 7 cm quickly, but stuck at 7cm for closed to 8 hours! So the decision was made and he was plucked out at 10:08 pm the 28th. Luckily Grandma and Grandpa Sulz were able to see Karl before they had to hop a plane back to Kelowna.
So we're home now and getting into a groove (as much as we can). We'll try and let the dust settle and then open the doors to visitors.
